Developer of the Year

Description

The largest private project to complete the waterfront in Bremerton, Marina Square has created a community that is an echo of the federal dollar investment in the shipyard (PSNS), to house workers, employees of the shipyard and contractors. It is a private response to a public federal investment. It fills the gap of the shortage of units and is a major ferry oriented development, transportation link between Kitsap, Bremerton and Seattle.
