Once known as the Harwood Apartments, the A.W. Larson Building at 3206 Harvard Avenue E in Eastlake is about to be reborn as a new mixed-use project from developer Grancorp Larssonand we’ve got the renderings to prove it. Up for recommendations in front of the design review board on July 9, plans call for six live/work units at street level with eight apartments above. The existing facade of the Larson will be maintained and new construction will be integrated above it. Amenities appear to include a gym, bike storage, community room and courtyard.
