With over 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Victoria has contributed to over 60 acres of urban mixed-use projects throughout the Greater Puget Sound region. Victoria has worked with the region’s leading developers and contributed to master planning with the first major developments in Bellevue, Kirkland, Juanita, Renton, Mercer Island and Seattle. These developments went for the highest price per unit when they were sold.
Victoria managed over ten lease-ups with 1,200 units as an owner’s representative and marketing director and has been a property manager for 1,000+ units in the last three years. Past employers include SECO Development Inc, Alliance Residential and Pinnacle – American Management Services. Prior to joining Sound West Group in the summer of 2016, Victoria managed an apartment asset in Silverdale that was undergoing a renovation. She was able to raise rents 20% in two years and received a Beyond Excellence Recognition award for increasing occupancy and NOI. Victoria is passionate about marketing, creating new vibrant communities and leading successful management teams.
Victoria and her residential property management team fully leased up the recently opened Spyglass Hill Apartment project in Bremerton (80 units) in 86 days.
