Rivulet, at 2768 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, is a class A, multifamily community made up of 8 market rate units in two, two-story buildings. The community sits on 1.71 acres and is named for the natural environment that borders the project. Located in the center of Silverdale at the corner of Bucklin Hill Road and Blaine Avenue, Rivulet has direct access to Clear Creek and the Clear Creak Trail. The Clear Creek Trail consists of just under 8 miles of trail and runs through the heart of Silverdale. The project architect is Balance Architects, PLLC.

The units are a mix of open one-bedroom, traditional one- and two-bedroom homes. The average unit square footage is 621sf. Units feature large windows for maximum light, waterfront and park side views, designer energy efficient appliances, kitchen tile backsplash, undermount kitchen sinks, solid surface countertops, modern veneer cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, modern tubs and shower surrounds, custom plumbing and light fixtures and full-size washer and dryer in each home.

There are 119 parking stalls under the buildings. Community amenities were designed to celebrate the natural surroundings and enhance the active lifestyle of residents and include a bike storage room with fix-it lounge, fitness center overlooking the creek with Zen room, two outdoor resident decks, business center, conference room and quiet call room area, dog agility park, outdoor BBQ grilling gazebo and extensive native landscaping. Fisher Bouma Partnership is the landscape architect.

Construction began the first week of November and is slated to be completed Spring 2023. The total project cost is $26 Million.
