The second phase of the A.W. Larson Building features 50 apartments and shares amenities and a courtyard with adjacent Union Bay Lofts(Phase 1), which was designed to create an open and visually connected amenity space for both buildings. The A.W. Larson building juxtaposes the facade of the original 1920’s A.W. Larson building (once owned by Joe Desimone, founder of the Pike Place Market, and the site of Seattle’s original Safeway store).
Centrally located on main bus lines, with easy access to I-5 & SR 520 and 5 minutes from the University of Washington. On the street level you can enjoy pastries and coffee from Le Fournil Bakery or stop in for a drink at the speakeasy Old School Ironworks
