In a partnership with Olympic Property Group (OPG), BLIS is a multi-family community minutes from the ferry terminal to downtown Seattle. The project, current under construction, includes 107 apartments, 7 loft homes, 18 townhomes, and 114 parking stalls.
The community has abundant amenities including a bicycle lounge with work stations and cleaning station, Paw Spa (pet cleaning station), 24-hour fitness center including private yoga studio and Peloton bikes, cozy alcoves, multiple fireplaces throughout, outdoor fire pit with seating, rooftop lounge and deck with built-in countertop bbq grills and ice bins, private meeting spaces including conference room, hangout room with billiards table and usable beer taps, televisions throughout the property, business center, in addition to a one-acre public green space.
The one-acre open space is preserved and re-purposed as a local neighborhood park, preserving historic trees brought to the area by Robert Cave in the early 1900’s. Water conservation, energy optimization, material stewardship, and healthy spaces are some of the sustainable design elements that help incorporate this development into LEED certification.
