Health, Housing, and Nutrition Campus

In a partnership with Housing Kitsap, Sound West Group looks to build between 70 and 100 housing units on this 2-acre site to help meet a growing need for housing for lower income residents.  Still in the early stages, the current site is being vetted to ensure a housing development is feasible there.

Housing Kitsap, formerly Kitsap Consolidated Housing Authority, provides more than 900 homes for low and moderate-income households in the county. Stuart Grogan, Housing Kitsap Executive Director, said that partnering with a private developer will help Housing Kitsap leverage limited government funds available for affordable housing projects.
