Sound West Group understands the importance of providing high quality property management to protect your investment properties. “Routine” inspections are anything but routine!

We at Sound West Group are investment property owners ourselves. We fully understand your concerns and strive to protect your investment as if it were our own. We have a vested interest in finding quality tenants, keeping the expenses for maintenance and repairs at a reasonable low cost, and retaining good tenants when we have them.


  • Conduct physical inspections
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, repairs and improvements
  • Enforce buildings rules and regulations
  • Recommendations for common area improvements
  • Negotiate contracts, supervise independent contractors, on-site employees, etc.

Inspection Criteria

We strive to be as thorough as possible.

As part of our comprehensive property management services, we perform “routine” inspections on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. These inspections include: landscaping, roofs, gutters, roadways, sidewalks, lighting, fencing, and more. During these property inspections, we can often catch problems at their earliest stages, when they cost less to correct.

Each area is subject to greater scrutiny. These are within the general scope of an inspection: Including Doors, Walls, Windows, Flooring, Lighting, Smoke Detectors, Cleanliness, etc
