The Puget Sound
The Puget Sound region is an inlet of the Pacific Ocean and largely consists of King and Kitsap counties. The largest and most notable city in the Pacific Northwest area is Seattle, located on the eastern side of the Puget Sound.
Known for its major sea port, abundance of natural resources, pristine water views, majestic mountain ranges and complex estuary, the Puget Sound region helps drive $20 billion of economic activity in Washington state.
