Sound West Group of Bremerton recently purchased the building currently occupied by Amish Touch in Silverdale in a short sale from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The building, listed at $4.8 million and sold for $3.2 million, was the largest asset owned by the now-defunct Westsound Bank. The investment arm of Sound West Group, Sound West Investco, will remodel the 26,000-square-foot building into a medical center.
